Noll Help Support MKP I wonder what my life would be like if I hadn’t been a member of MKP? The vision I have looks something like this: Likely, I would still be an angry man, unable to face myself in the mirror each day. I might not be able to stand my ground when someone said something demeaning to me or about me. I would not have the unbelievable support of men who didn’t know me from Adam and often don’t look like me. More than likely, I probably would not be active in my community. I would not have received the excellent leadership and emotional intelligence training that has helped me change my perception and perspective about my life and about the world in which I live, work, and play. And, I would not have been able to participate in the facilitation of changing the lives of others that needed somewhere to turn for support. The ManKind Project (MKP) didn’t change my circumstances but it sure did help me alter the view I had of myself. It has been worth every penny I have invested in it since I joined after my NWTA at Camp Betsy Jeff-Penn in Reidsville, NC. almost 8 years ago. I’ve done things and traveled to places I may not have otherwise had the opportunity. I’m proud to be a member of the Greater Asheville Community, the Greater Carolina’s Area, and MKP USA and I’m asking you to reflect on your experience and to support the work that continues to change lives.
